Educational Support & Advocacy.

Your child's success doesn't end when therapy does. We collaborate with your school district, providing evidence-based recommendations and comprehensive clinical documentation to support a seamless transition to Kindergarten, and continued access to the services your child needs.

Educational Support & Advocacy

Bridging the gap between therapies received at home and at school.

Section 504 requires public schools to provide individualized education program (IEP) and support for eligible students with disabilities. Our team supports families through the IEP and 504 planning process by assisting with advocacy, development, review, and preparation. For children currently receiving services with ABLE Kids, the child’s BCBA may also attend IEP or 504 meetings to provide clinical insight, support family advocacy, and help bridge the gap between therapy and the school environment. Because IEP and 504 procedures may vary by state, district, and school system, our team can help families in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina prepare relevant documentation and communicate the child’s progress, current needs, and effective strategies that may support successful generalization in the classroom.
